movement maestro: strong body, strong mind

I had the opportunity yesterday to learn about some resources I hadn’t seen before, when many of the folks I already followed chose to amplify the voices of people of color. One I am happy to have heard about is @themovementmaestro, Dr. Shanté Cofield. Strictly speaking, she’s not a mental health resource, but I think when you look at the whole picture of how integrated our mental and physical health are, what she has to say is certainly relevant! Please take a look. Watch a couple of her short videos. (I took to heart what she has to say about push-ups!)
